Jerry Wayne Naylor, Sr., 66, of Waynesburg, KY passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born on July 22, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Charles Naylor and Delores Meadows Naylor. His favorite hobbies were fishing and hunting. He enjoyed riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was an avid Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Naylor, Jr., of Waynesburg, KY and Kerry Naylor of Danville, KY; two brothers, Rev. Rick Naylor (Timsa) of McKinney, KY and David Naylor (Sharon) of Waynesburg, KY; one sister, Phylis Adams (Jimmy) of McKinney, KY; two grandchildren, Brittany Naylor and Austin Naylor; two step-grandchildren, Mark Boswell and Matthew Boswell; one great-granddaughter, Payton Naylor; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Lynn Naylor.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 2 p.m. at McKinney Cemetery in McKinney, KY with Bro. Billy Brown officiating the service. A funeral procession to the cemetery will begin at 1:15 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Roberts, Jordan Smith, Terry Mullins, Kevin Hayes, Austin Naylor and Brittany Naylor.
