John White

John Wesley White, 64, of Hustonville, KY passed away peacefully at home on September 11, 2026. Born on October 1, 1961 in Lafayette, TN to Shirley Lawrence White and the late Calvin White.

John graduated from Lincoln County High School, Class of 1979. He then went on to serve his country in the United States Navy for four years. He later served his community as Postmaster in Junction City, Kentucky.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley White of Stanford; four children, Roxanne White, Aubrey White, Cullen White and Raven White; three siblings, Charles White of Lexington, KY, David White (Lori) of Harrodsburg, KY and Melanie Taylor of Stanford, KY; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Calvin White.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The memorial service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
