Patricia Medelle

Patricia Ann Medelle, 65, of Lancaster, KY passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026 at Maplewood Health & Rehab in Lancaster. Born on February 20, 1961 in Los Angelas, CA to the late Robert Trautman and the late Martha Franklin Trautman.

Patricia will be remembered as a kind, selfless woman whose greatest joy in life was caring for others. She had a deep love for the water and found peace wherever she could be near it. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cherishing every opportunity she had with them. She quietly lived out her beliefs through acts of kindness and generosity, never seeking praise or recognition. She had a special place in her heart for children in need. During the Christmas season, she would often work extra hours so she could purchase gifts for less fortunate children. Rather than seeking thanks, she would anonymously leave the presents on their front porches, finding joy simply in knowing she had made someone else's Christmas a little brighter.

Survivors include one son, Billy Trautman; two grandchildren, Cade Trautman and Cainan Trautman; two great-grandchildren, Trinity Nicole Trautman and Oaklynn, Renea Trautman; two siblings, Billy Trautman and Bonnie Trautman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Martha Trautman.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
