Kathleen Jennifer Phillips, 25, of Stanford, KY (formerly of Bend, Oregon) passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021. Born on April 24, 1995 in Bend, Oregon to the late Jackie Purvis. She enjoyed dressing up and makeup. Katie loved her daughter more than anything.

Survivors include one daughter, Gabrielle Grayce Griffin of Stanford, KY; Husband, Daniel Griffin of Stanford, KY; step-father, Jody Purvis; father, Tim Phillips, Sr.; two brothers, Joe Therrien and Tim Phillips, Jr.; step-brother, Tyler Purvis; a special friend, Jessica Miller and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jackie Purvis.

A private family service will be held at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY on Tuesday, January 2, 2021 with Bro. David Gambrel officiating. Burial will follow at Berry Hollow Cemetery in Stanford, KY.
