Obituary
Sandra Jean Mullins, 66, of Waynesburg, KY passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at her home. Born on December 3, 1956 in Stanford to the late Ralph and Ethel Schmitz Mullins. Sandra worked for American Greetings for over 14 years and was also the Supervisor at Kentucky Utilities before her retirement. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church.
Survivors include two children, Tonya LeAnne Montgomery Wilcher of Waynesburg and Steven Travis Taylor of Highland, KY; five grandchildren, Sierra Boyd (John), Wyatt Wilcher, Trace Taylor, Aylvia Taylor and Kegan Taylor; sister-in-law, Berdina Mullins; and two nephews, Brian Mullins and Stevie Mullins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ethel Mullins; three brothers, Steve Mullins, Ralph William Mullins and Phillip Dean Mullins.
A one-day service will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Mt. Moriah Christian Church in Stanford, KY. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
